The screw jack is available in two non-sparking material variants:

Aluminium-copper (AC) – lightweight, strong and corrosion-resistant
Beryllium copper (BC) – low-spark, largely anti-magnetic and particularly wear-resistant

Both versions are suitable for use in sensitive and potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX environments), e.g. in chemical plants, refineries, the mining industry or the oil and gas industry.
