Sparks-free scraper, 220 mm long

The spark-free scraper with a length of 220 mm is a reliable tool for cleaning, deburring and scraping work in safety-critical areas. It is ideal for removing sealant residues, coatings, paint or contaminants from metal and machine surfaces. The blade width is available in 75 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm or 150 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to different work requirements.

Made from high-quality special bronze CuAl10Ni, the scraper offers high strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Its spark-free design makes it particularly suitable for use in potentially explosive ATEX zones as well as in the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas industries and in mining.

A matching handle is available as an option, enabling ergonomic handling and improved power transmission for large-area applications. The scraper impresses with its robust design and long service life in industrial use.

A hardwood handle or broomstick with a length of 1400 mm is available as an option.
