DDS 129 Compressed Air Vacuum Cleaner

The DEBUS DDS 129-10-31-Reclean-H-AS compressed air vacuum cleaner is a high-performance industrial unit designed for the safe collection of hazardous dusts up to dust class H. The robust 10/31 suction unit, made of sheet steel, ensures reliable and consistent suction performance with an intake capacity of up to 440 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 580 mbar.

Die zertifizierte Sicherheitsfilterpatrone mit 2,2 m² Filterfläche verfügt über ein IFA-Prüfzeugnis gemäß DIN EN 60335-2-69 Anhang AA und erfüllt die Anforderungen der Staubklasse H. Ergänzt wird das System durch die Reclean-EL Filteranlage mit neun elektrostatisch leitfähigen Filterschläuchen aus Polyester-Nadelfilz, die für Staubklasse M zugelassen sind.

An integrated cyclone pre-separator reduces the dust load on the filters and significantly extends their service life. The bypass damper valve can be used to generate a counter-current for effective filter cleaning, ensuring that even the finest dust particles are reliably removed.

The 60-litre collection container, made of hot-dip galvanised steel, is particularly durable and, thanks to its sturdy chassis with swivel and fixed castors, can be used in a variety of settings. The electrostatic-conductive design, which includes an earthing cable, ensures maximum safety in industrial applications.

A grounding cable with a grounding clamp is included in the scope of delivery.
