QGM-IR multi-gas warning device with O2, CO and H2S sensor

The QGM-IR multi-gas detector with O₂, CO, H₂S sensor and LEL-IR sensor combines modern sensor technology with maximum safety for use in Ex Zone 0. It enables reliable and continuous monitoring of oxygen, toxic gases and flammable gases and is ideal for demanding applications in industry, chemical plants and energy supply.

The device monitors O₂ in the range of 0–30 vol.%, combustible gases in the range of 0–100% LEL via an infrared sensor, carbon monoxide (0–500 ppm) and hydrogen sulphide (0–100 ppm). The IR sensor used offers the advantage of high measurement stability and requires significantly less maintenance than conventional pellistor sensors. Note: The IR sensor does not detect hydrogen or acetylene.

Thanks to its Zone 0 certification, the QGM-IR meets the highest safety requirements for use in permanently hazardous areas. Visual, audible and vibration alarms provide a quick and clear warning in the event of dangerous gas concentrations. The robust, portable design ensures high reliability in daily use. The scope of delivery includes the QGM-IR multi-gas detector, a battery, a charger and a calibration cap, so that the device is ready for immediate use.
