IL800 LED ATEX Zone 1

The MICA IL800 LED ATEX is a high-performance, rechargeable explosion-proof hand-held torch designed for professional use in Zone 1 hazardous areas. Thanks to its advanced electronics, robust construction and high reliability, it is ideal for maintenance, inspection and servicing work in the industrial, chemical and energy sectors, as well as other hazardous areas.

The luminaire is fitted with high-performance LEDs with a service life of around 50,000 hours. This makes replacing the light source virtually unnecessary. The impact-resistant housing made of antistatic plastic and the 5 mm-thick, specially toughened glass lens ensure maximum durability even under demanding operating conditions. With an IP67 rating, the luminaire is dust-tight and protected against temporary submersion.

Intelligent electronics reliably protect the battery against deep discharge and issue a visual warning when the remaining capacity is low. Once the warning is triggered, the battery still has an operating time of around 20 to 30 minutes. The IL800 LED is charged using the ILC charger and returns to full capacity within approximately 5.5 hours.
