BCS 3678ex NI cordless hand-held scanner

The BCS 3678ex NI is a robust, intrinsically safe Bluetooth handheld scanner, designed for demanding industrial applications in potentially explosive atmospheres (Ex zones). Equipped with the high-performance SE4750-HP scan module, it captures 1D and 2D barcodes, postcodes and OCR characters quickly, accurately and reliably – even in challenging environmental conditions.

With Bluetooth Class 1 (Version 4.0), the scanner offers a wireless range of up to 100 metres. Thanks to a maximum data rate of 3 Mbit/s (effective 2.1 Mbit/s), the BCS 3678ex NI ensures stable, fast data transmission in real time – ideal for mobile use in warehouses, production or in the field.

Set-up and administration are easily carried out using the 123Scan² utilities and the Scanner Management Service (SMS), which significantly simplify installation, configuration and device maintenance.

The scanner comes with a high-performance lithium-ion battery (3.6 V / 2800 mAh / 10.08 Wh) and is therefore ready for immediate use. The package also includes a special tool for the security lock and a bilingual quick start guide (German/English).

Please note: A base station or battery charging station is not included and must be ordered separately.
