The 138 wrench with curved open end has been developed for work in potentially explosive atmospheres. The curved shape enables nuts and bolts to be reached safely in the tightest or hard-to-reach areas where conventional open-end wrenches are not sufficient. Made from aluminum copper AC or beryllium copper BC, the wrench is non-sparking, anti-magnetic and corrosion-resistant. This makes it ideal for chemical, oil and gas offshore installations as well as mining, and its robust, durable design makes it ideal for continuous industrial use.
