The RealWear Navigator Z1 is a high-performance, intrinsically safe head-mounted wearable for Zone 1/21 hazardous areas. Thanks to intuitive voice control, the device can be operated entirely hands-free and is ideal for remote support, remote training, field service, maintenance work and plant inspections. The powerful noise cancellation ensures reliable voice control even in ambient noise levels of up to 100 dBA.
The RealWear Navigator Z1 is equipped with Android 12 (AOSP), a WearHF hands-free interface, a Qualcomm QCS6490 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The 0.35-inch display offers a resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels and is also designed for outdoor use. For photography, video and documentation tasks, there is a 48 MP autofocus camera with LED flash, video stabilisation and more than 6x HD zoom.
A particular highlight is the integrated FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal imaging camera, which has a sensor resolution of 160 × 120 pixels and an object temperature range of –20 to +400 °C. This enables thermal anomalies to be detected directly on site during inspection, maintenance and servicing work.
With Wi-Fi 6/6E, Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C, a 3.5 mm audio jack and various satellite navigation systems, this wearable offers extensive connectivity options. The robust casing complies with IP66 and MIL-STD-810H and is designed for temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +55 °C. The replaceable 2550 mAh battery supports use in shift work.
