Yesterday we had the opportunity to visit our supplierOfficine di Trevi – OFT Pumpsin person. For us, this visit was more than just a classic supplier meeting. It was a deep insight into a manufacturing process that impressively shows why OFT pumps have stood for robustness, precision, and reliability for years.

Impressive manufacturing depth right on site

What particularly surprised us:the enormous manufacturing depthat Officine di Trevi.

Here, components are not simply purchased and assembled. Many critical steps are carried out in-house. For example, themotors are wound in-houseand thepump housings are made from raw materials. This creates control over quality, dimensional accuracy, and material selection – from the very beginning.

All necessary machines are available in production to manufacture the individual components with the highest precision. The manufacturing process does not appear improvised, but is consistently focused on durability and technical reliability.

Inspection before final assembly

What was particularly convincing for us was the quality process before final assembly. Each component is checked and measured again before further processing.

This step is crucial: quality is not only created in the finished product, but in every single production step. This is where OFT Pumps' commitment to ensuring a consistently reliable product quality is evident.

This also explains why we have long been convinced of the robustness of the pumps based on practical experience. We have had very good experiences with OFT pumps in the past. After this visit, we understand even better why there have been hardly any failures among the many pumps used.

Practical test under extreme conditions

What impressed us particularly was a pump that we were able to see on-site in the test basin. This pump has been running there for several years under extreme conditions. The only visible wear was not on the pump itself, but on the holder of the test environment, which has since developed rust.

The pump itself does exactly what OFT Pumps stands for:it pumps and pumps and pumps.

For us, this was a very clear demonstration that the robustness of these pumps is not just on paper, but is also confirmed under harsh practical conditions.

OFT Pumps as a system supplier

Another important point: Officine di Trevi sees itself not only as a manufacturer of pumps but also asa system supplier.

The company can provide complete solutions – from control to visualization of pump fields. For customers, this means: fewer interfaces, clear responsibilities, and technically coordinated components.

Especially in more complex applications, this system approach is a real advantage. Because a pump is ultimately just a part of the overall system. What matters is that mechanics, control, and monitoring work together reliably.

Our thanks to OFT Pumps

At this point, we would like to sincerely thank the management and the entire team at Officine di Trevi.

Thank you for the hospitality, the time, and the openness to explain every production process in detail. Our questions were answered patiently and expertly. The visit was very valuable for us professionally and has further strengthened our trust in OFT Pumps.

Conclusion: Now we know even better why these pumps work

We were already convinced of the quality and robustness of OFT pumps before. After the on-site visit, it has become even clearer to us why these products work so reliably in practice.

The combination of in-house manufacturing, precise processing, consistent control, and technical system understanding makes Officine di Trevi a strong partner.

We are pleased,to continue offering OFT Pumpsand thereby provide our customers with reliable, durable, and technically convincing pump solutions.
