The German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) has published new and updated examples of zone classification in Rule 113-001. These relate in particular to the processing of coating materials with organic components. Examples such as manual spray painting with flammable liquid coating materials on a painting wall and paint supply rooms with material supply equipment have been newly included. These additions are intended to ensure consistency with other technical publications and increase the practical relevance of the regulations.
