WatchGas PDM Cl₂

The WatchGas PDM Cl₂ is a compact, maintenance-free disposable gas detector for the reliable detection of chlorine (Cl₂) in ambient air. It is particularly suitable for applications in waterworks, swimming pools, the paper and textile industries, disinfection processes and the chemical industry, where chlorine may be used or released.

Once activated, the device operates for up to two years without maintenance, without the need for battery replacement or calibration. The high-contrast display clearly shows the current measurement value, the device status and the remaining service life.

If the preset limit values are exceeded, the WatchGas PDM Cl₂ reliably warns the user via audible alarms with a minimum volume of 95 dB, visual warning signals and vibration, ensuring that warnings are clearly heard even in noisy or poorly visible work areas. The device complies with protection class IP67, meaning it is dustproof and protected against temporary submersion.

Thanks to its compact and portable design with clip, the gas detector can be securely attached to clothing or a belt. The scope of delivery includes the WatchGas PDM Cl₂ gas detector, a calibration adapter and the user manual, so that the device is ready for immediate use.
